Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you total authority over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one mail account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply specify the email box you would like to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
